Volunteer Hours

The HCC Board and Grant Administrator want to encourage everyone to keep track of Hyattville Community Center volunteer hours.  You may write these hours in the Volunteer Hour Time Books at the Community Center OR, if you prefer, please feel free to use this website to submit hours.   Hopefully, by being able to utilize this website, it will make reporting an easier task.

Periodic grant reports as well as a comprehensive final report will be required by the state and having documented community, volunteer support will be important in those reports.

If you have hours to submit, you may do so anytime of the day or night by emailing
Kris Robertson.  Just give her the hours and a very brief description of what your volunteer time was used for.  Be creative--lots and lots different things are considered volunteer time.  If uncertain about something, submit it anyway.  The Grant Coordinators can make the final determination.
